Five Year Strategy

Danadams' short-term objective is to obtain WHO Prequalification Status to be able to access the lucrative market for government and donor-funded tenders in West Africa. (A Global Fund Disbursement Report indicates that in 2008 more than US$830 Million was spent on ARVs and anti-malarials in the ECOWAS sub-region alone.)

Company growth is centered around three key stages: Obtaining WHO Pre-Qualification; Expanding Production (Range and Capacity); and Research and Development. Other key initiatives include streamlining operations, cutting down on costs, stabilizing the supply pipeline and establishing mutually beneficial business relationships. Danadams is also recruiting and training a world class workforce to help achieve its mission of building a strong company, and creating a healthy Africa.
